NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING AND BUDGET HEARING

During a public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Rogue Valley Council of Governments (RVCOG) held on April 23, 2025, the Budget Committee voted to recommend the proposed budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, to the RVCOG Board of Directors. A budget hearing will be held on May 28, 2025, at 12:00 pm at the RVCOG office. This meeting will also be accessible virtually. At the close of the hearing, the Board of Directors will be asked to adopt the budget. The Board of Directors will also be asked to discuss and adopt a supplemental budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024.
This meeting is a public meeting. Any person may appear at the meeting, in person or virtually, and make a public comment. Public comments for consideration by the Board may also be emailed prior to the meeting to admin@rvcog.org. A copy of the 2025-2026 approved budget and the 2024-2025 supplemental budget may be obtained at RVCOG’s office or by visiting www.RVCOG.org.
