WE’VE LOST OUR COMMERCIAL KITCHEN LEASE

From the program’s inception in 2001, RVCOG Food & Friends has leased the commercial kitchen in the Olsrud Family Nutrition Center from ACCESS. Unfortunately, we received a letter on Monday, March 3rd indicating that our lease agreement is terminating effective August 31, 2025. That gives us less than six months to find a new commercial kitchen for the production of approximately 1,400 meals we serve and deliver to older adults in Jackson and Josephine Counties each day.

We are reaching out to the community for help in transitioning to a new commercial kitchen site before the expiration of our lease. If you are aware of an opportunity that might meet our needs, please reach out to either Jon Pfefferle, Nutrition Program Director,  or Ann Marie Alfrey, Executive Director.
